I have been a massive Can fan for many years and was absolutely stunned when Damo Suzuki agreed to do a 7” single for mpls ltd. When the “Fall of Fire Bird” records arrived in 2007, Damo was on a U.S. tour and asked me to bring his copies to his upcoming show at the Whole Music Club.

PLOT is doing a record release show on 11/10 for  the vinyl release of their new album The Revenge. If you are into heavy, dark, industrial music and you are able to get to Philadelphia, it's a must go show for sure.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, we weren’t really sure how we would move forward (we still believe in an alternative universe that Partition would have taken the world by storm).

During the summer of 1989, I was getting ready for my senior year of high school while plotting my exit strategy from Princeton Minnesota when my friend Darin stopped over one day after record shopping in Minneapolis and said something along the lines of “I picked these up for you. You owe me $8, but trust me you will want these. You can pay me later.”

I have a love/hate relationship with the Tremendo Garaje YouTube channel. I love it because it’s responsible for introducing me to a lot of amazing new music, but I also hate it because it’s responsible for me spending a lot of money on amazing new music.

We believe Melbourne Australia's LAZERTITS are one of the most inspiring voices in modern feminist punk rock. While we weren't planning to announce quite yet that we will be releasing their final EP later this year.

We are releasing both bands and are having a show to celebrate. Vinyl will be available at the show.

MPLS LTD is kicking off a string of vinyl releases starting off with Lazear. Their first release has seven sonic indie songs that sound even more incredible live. Come down to Moon Palace Books to party with them, Loud Sun, Präthloons, and mpls ltd's very own DJ Christian Fritz.

High-level: Howard Hamilton has played with bands including Busy Signals, Red Pens, Saucer, and Whatever Forever,  Hideo Takahashi has played with bands including Birthday Suits, Sweet Jap, and France has the Bomb. Dave Gatchell has played with bands including Lefty Lucy, Selby Tigers, Whatever Forever, and 1000s of Cats.
